The Angel of Death

This is an old one that I just dug out of my hard drive. I thought that since I don't have my computer right now, or access to a Photoshop, that I'd look around and see if I had something I could post, since I'm not really busy at the moment.

Man, I almost forgot about this one. I did it for a midterm art project during my freshman year of college. I was trying to develop a strong-themed drawing. I think I kinda pulled it off. I think, even though, she's the Angel of Death, and is there to take your life, it doesn't have to be horrifying, that it could be a beautiful thing (as she's not represented as the usual Death) -- meh, that sounds like gibberish to me, but that's kinda the idea I had when drawing it back then.

I did this while going through my second phase of playing FF7, so she looks a lot like Aeris. I think I used some kind of picture as a reference, but I don't remember. Also, the hourglass and scythe are symbols representing time and death -- she's not actually carrying them, they're just there to add to the picture.

Well, just something old to throw into the mix.
